Rossella, one of Opentables' top 100 restaurants on London and home to classic Italian cuisine, reached out to us to assist in improving their digital marketing strategy across social, web, email and more.
Starting with a brand audit and strategy session, we reworked the brand communication strategy to be family & conversation first to increase approachability. Soonafter, we embarked on our first photoshoot where we gained new, high quality imagery with an emphasis on lifestyle and human-imagery to better tell their brand story and values.
Using this static and video content, we then put out new marketing strategy into action - managing their social channels, setting up an email and SMS CRM and creating email automations. Within 3 months, we had increased organic brand awareness by 336%, profile views by 359% and most importantly, increased traffic to their booking pages by 762%. Through our revamped email strategy, we also increased the number of new Google and TripAdvisor reviews by 89%, bettering their brand credibility. Through a detailed PPC campaign and use of a retargeting funnel in May 2022, we drove reservations with a 9x ROAS and featured press reviews by TimeOut, the Daily Mail and more.
As a result of our management, the brand have seen increased reservations & footfall, especially surrounding Valentines Day, which saw the venue become fully booked within 3 days of beginning our email campaign, as well as increased revenue from their on-site deli and achieving a higher ranking across Google & TripAdvisor
