New year, new look. To start 2024, Double Up Social has unveiled a refreshed brand identity, designed to more closely align with our specialty focus on the F&B, hospitality and food retail industries.
This redesign goes beyond aesthetic appeal, embodying our commitment to these sectors and its understanding of their unique marketing needs. The rebrand also signifies a shift towards a bolder, more assertive approach, mirroring the current trends in social media where distinctiveness and boldness are key, where we aim to continue our engagement-led approach to allow our clients to enjoy engagement rates up to four times the industry standard for F&B.
Why Double Up Social?
Prior to our inception in 2018, Double Up Social founder and Director Mark Smith FRSA, had been working both client-side in the F&B industry, and agency-side; working on brands such as Mars Inc, Doritos, Guinness.
When working with brands in the hospitality and F&B sector, he identified a consistent painpoint across many hospitality and F&B-focused brands: They either had a good marketing strategy, with often lacklustre content, or high quality content with an inconsistent strategy, both decreasing the overall efforts of the brands marketing efforts and reducing audience resonance.
We launched Double Up Social in 2018 as a remote, social-first agency to allow brands to double up their marketing efforts, with a successful marketing strategy and purposeful content to help them stand out in a sea of advertising from their competitors and better amplify their brands’ storytelling.
Growth, Expansion, and Global Influence
Over the years, we have expanded our offerings to encompass a full spectrum of digital services, including PPC, PR, web design, SEO & more. We have and continue to work with brands of all shapes and sizes - from an independent restaurant or dark kitchen, all the way to multi site restaurants, hotel groups or international e-commerce brands.
We’re always upfront and transparent about our pricing, services & results, as we believe award-winning marketing should be available for all, especially in an industry which has been plagued by rising operational costs.
Since our launch, we’ve worked with some exciting names from Krispy Kreme & Creams Cafe & Dodo Pizza to Hyatt, Moxy and the PPHE Hotel Group, currently working with brands in the U.K., USA, Dubai and Australia.
