We began working with piri piri chicken chain, Franzos, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, with the aim of increasing local brand awareness to increase store footfall and delivery orders through JustEat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats and collection.
With new store openings planned during lockdown, we were also briefed to create local awareness surrounding new store launches, including press coverage and influencer visits.
By creating a refreshed social strategy, based on audience and competitor research, we increased organic brand awareness and followings on all local store channels.
We gave the brand a modern update with a new imagery aesthetic and graphic design, which increased engagement and promoted consistency across the franchise’s digital channels.
Through an organic and paid delivery-focused strategy, we also increased the traffic to Franzos’ delivery partners and prompted press coverage of new store openings, further increasing brand awareness on a local and national scale, alongside increasing brand credibility.
As a result of our ongoing management, Franzos has seen a 1029% increase in brand followers on a local level, with an impressive 285% increase in brand reach. With our delivery-focused strategy, the brands franchisees have also enjoyed a 787% increase in clicks to their retrospective delivery partners and multiple PR features.
