Creams Cafe, the UK's largest chain of dessert parlours, approached us to manage their social media channels for a B2C and a B2B audience.
Starting with less than 20 stores in their estate, we began work with Creams with a full revamp of their social channels and digital marketing efforts to increase customer footfall, as well as increase B2B franchise interest through LinkedIn.
Through revamped social-first photography and video, we drew a tasty new visual direction that better communicated the vibrancy of the brand personality, increasing brand engagement by 423% within the first 6 months.
Through seasonal campaigns, new menu & new store launches, influencer collaborations and partnerships, we grew Creams Cafe’s Instagram following to over 60,000, as well as launching their Snapchat account in 2018, which we grew to over 30,000 followers organically.
Since the start of our work with Creams Cafe, we increased reach by over 7,492% to 3.8 million per month through their social channels as the brand grows to now over 100 stores.
Within our B2B strategy, starting with less than 100 followers to their LinkedIn profile, we built up a LinkedIn community of their staff, suppliers and franchisees to over 2,000.
With large competition in the dessert-space, we developed a credibility-focused strategy, including press, charity and franchise case studies to create a better impression of professionalism and to showcase the people behind the brand to make the Head office & Franchising team more approachable.
Internal audits confirmed that many of their franchise enquiries had originated from LinkedIn, and helped aid brand growth as they grew to over 100 stores.
