Creams Cafe, the UK's largest chain of dessert parlours, approached us to manage their social media channels.
With less than 20 stores in their estate, we began work with Creams with a full revamp of their social channels and digital marketing efforts.
Through revamped social-first photography and video, we drew a tasty new visual direction that better communicated the vibrancy of the brand personality, increasing brand engagement by 423% within the first 6 months.
Through seasonal campaigns, new menu & new store launches, influencer collaborations and partnerships, we grew Creams Cafe’s Instagram following to over 60,000, as well as launching their Snapchat account in 2018, which we grew to over 30,000 followers organically.
Since the start of our work with Creams Cafe, we also increased reach by over 7,492% to 3.8 million per month through their social channels as the brand grows to now over 100 stores.
