We were approached by Chicken Cottage, one of the UK’s largest quick-service fried chicken chains, to modernise their online presence, increase brand awareness around 80+ of their restaurants, and drive web traffic to their delivery partners.
After carrying out an intensive social audit, we developed a new refreshing digital strategy with new content, tone of voice and increased activity online that promoted customer and influencer engagement, which extended to new store openings.
On a national level, through daily social media management, influencer collaborations and paid ads, we have grown brand following by 422%, reach by 51,036% and boosted web traffic to delivery partners with increased purchase intent by 3,138%.
On a local level, we helped the brand open new stores and kitchens across the UK in style, by carrying out pre-launch paid ad campaigns, countdowns and influencer collaborations for new launches.
These pre and post-launch campaigns allowed the new stores to open to excited audiences, with Chicken Cottage Camden receiving their first online order 8 minutes after opening.
