12th Street Burgers + Shakes approached us to help shape their then-cloud kitchen concept, delivering big iconic American burgers, shakes and desserts.
After carrying out audience & competitor research, we developed branding, including logo variations, brochures, ordering websites, photography & videography and a host of marketing content with a more informal, tongue-in-cheek tone of voice.
What started with a press launch of their Milton Keynes cloud kitchen launch, has blossomed into an additional 5 physical store openings in the past 18 months.
For each store opening, we have ran pre-launch paid ad campaigns across Meta & google ads, as well as organic efforts & flyer distribution, all leading up to Grand Opening Day events, featuring celebrity lookalikes, influencer visits, press & radio features & more. Most recently, 12th Street launched a new store in Southend which was met with queues outside the door on opening day.
