Overview Finance, an international app developer, launched a new finance app & Airtime chatbot to help everyday-Kenyans organise their infamously messy M-PESA & compare Airtime bundles.


We were briefed to develop a clear social identity for the each of the sub-brands online presence & create a variety of social-first adverts with the aim of improving brand awareness & increasing click-through rates to their app & chatbot.

the delivery

We worked with Overview to develop a social marketing strategy for subbrands Overview Kenya and Boost, developing a consistent illustrative and colourful brand style which stood out in the Kenyan marketplace. We brought playful brand Mascot: Simmy to life, personifying & humanising the brand. 


We also developed a range of social-first videos to increase click-throughs to the chatbot and increase downloads of their Finance app through targeted & paid media spend.

the result

Through storyboarding, creating and running a variety of social media adverts, we have helped increase Overviews social following by 1029% and reach a milestone of 12,000+ downloads to their finance app.
